Raja Batumalai
As a Founder, President, and Advisor I have more than 35 years of experience in various business sectors, including manufacturing, construction, security services, leather apparels, marble industry, and healthcare. My passion and dedication will define my position as a well-known reputable entrepreneur today. My experience and knowledge are currently engaged in consultancy works that include product registration with local regulatory authorities, system and product certification, manufacturing process through my group of companies.
I’m also involved in the commercialization of new product innovation and realization process. I possess an inspiring personality and are more than happy to share my experience, thoughts, and ideas with highly motivated individuals who are self-driven to succeed in the business world.
MY RESPONSIBILITIES
We are here now, re-emerging to develop and launch our product edition 2022, paving our corporate culture, reiterating our business offerings with refined strategic operations and processes.
Today, with over 20 years of product consultancy business exploration and experience, RAJA BATUMALAI, the Founder, Advisor and Director of ALM AKTHINA GROUP OF RB INTERNATIONAL (M) BERHAD, lays a solid foundation by creating an exclusive groundwork for continuous business growth and success. We are product consultants and innovators who scrutinize a problem or identify an opportunity, then develop solutions to market that no one else has recognized nor understood.
We dwell on insights and intel to form hypotheses about what customers want or need and how we can deliver exceptional service and value to our customers. We are successful because we often seek to find different, even better conceptual businesses and commerce in the marketplace.
Our vision is to attain the big 5B by the Year 2030. Now the bigger question is,

- To create, communicate, and implement the organization’s vision, mission, and overall direction
- To formulate and implement the strategic plan that guides the direction of the business
- Forming, staffing, guiding, leading, and managing an organization sufficient to accomplish the president’s responsibilities and the strategic plan of the business.
- To recommend a yearly budget for Board approval and prudently manages organization’s resources within those budget guidelines according to current laws and regulations
- To ensure the company has the systems in place to conducts its activities conforming all regulations and business ethics
- To assess, monitor and manage the principal risks of the company from time to time
- To maintain awareness of both the external and internal competitive landscape, opportunities for expansion, customers, markets, new industry developments and standards
- Overseeing the complete operation of an organization in accordance with the direction established in the strategic plans.
- To represents the organization in civic and professional association responsibilities and activities in the local community, the state, and at the national level.
