2014 ~ WHAT’S MY OUTLOOK ON THE FUTURE
Through the lord blessing in 2014, I got introduce to three people, which requested my consultation to develop and do marketing for Emmanuel Products Sdn Bhd herbal products. The directors Yap Kai Sing and Sherina Yap Siew Yoke requested to upgrade and build their herbal products in GMP quality products.
It also stems from my experience product consultant and from the many conversations with clients that associations through many consultations help many companies to achieve their goals. Product consulting includes a broad range of activities, and the many firms and their members often define these practices quite differently.
Through years of experience product consultation will have the primary process as a sequence of phases—entry, contracting, diagnosis, data collection, feedback, implementation, and so on. I’ve enhanced their quality and safety standards, we have engaged our reputable and world recognized experts, to carry out laboratory analysis testing and certification locally. These experts conduct various tests for biological and chemical impurities, nutritional analysis, fatty acids contents and stability, and product shelf life determination.

2015 ~ OUR ORGANIZATION INITIATION
Through my success in introducing quality and standards for Emmanuel Products Sdn Bhd, the directors requested me to do consultation and create a new product for their new company Covirco International Pvt Ltd and Covirco International Sdn Bhd.
My experience with product knowledge leads to Good Manufacturing Practice ( GMP ) which requirements are ongoing measures designed to ensure an effective overall approach to product quality control and risk management. Like many companies, I worked with we achieve the GMP standards for Covirco International Sdn Bhd and Covirco International Pvt Ltd by setting appropriate standards and practices for the manufacturing, packaging, labeling, and storing product for sale in Malaysia.
Working with accredited laboratories and research offices, web designers, products designers, product packaging and bottling factories, bottle material suppliers, logistics service providers, made the companies achieve required GMP standards to obtain the product GMP status.
In 2015, I set up two companies, Gemercik Cahaya Holdings Sdn Bhd and Gemercik Cahaya Industries Sdn Bhd. The strategy was to set up a holding company which manages the trading and network building and the second company to do the manufacturing and branding the healthcare products.
2016 ~ ENHANCING RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
My experience in consultation services made me upgrade Gemercik Cahaya Holdings Sdn Bhd to Gemercik Cahaya Holdings Berhad. My goal is to obtain an international IPO company.
We renamed Gemercik Cahaya Industries Sdn Bhd to Premium VCO International Sdn Bhd to initiate our own Organic Virgin Coconut Oil product with our very own ACQUE® brand. To ensure the highest quality, we carried out comprehensive tests on Virgin coconut oil.
Research and Development had continuously been caring out to make sure the high-quality of the product is assured.
Our creation, the ACQUE brand has been registered with our MyIPO trademark of Malaysia to create an International renowned brand. The crave to develop new products with the help of my team as associated a new subsidiary for Gemercik Cahaya Holdings Berhad called Gemercik Cahaya Medical Devices Sdn Bhd to furnish medical health products and equipment’s for our government and private clinics and hospitals.

2017 ~ EXPANDING OUR GLOBAL PRESENCE AND INNOVATIONS
I started to go global by creating international partners where satellite office was created in Sri Lanka and the United Arab Emirates. Our goal is to supply our products throughout Asia and the Middle East and well as globally.
We introduce our very own ACQUE® brand 3 in 1 Virgin Coconut Oil Serum, this was innovation created by our collaboration with the research and development team. Our team also created and manufactures ACQUE® Virgin Coconut Oil 500mg Soft Gel. The idea is to create the new superfood from Virgin Coconut Oil.
I wanted to share with you’ll my experience with a road accident occurred at North-South Highway near Pedas Linggi exit. I was hit by a car and it was overturned and fell in the small valley beside the highway. With God grace I manage to survive the accident, I saw many people came for my need during this mishap.
As I was not in the state of speaking to people, I would take this opportunity to from my deepest heart to say thank you to all who aided me with their unconditional help. My sincere thank you to Police Di Raja Malaysia, Ambulance service, Bomba personnel, hospital staff and not forgetting all individual that were there for me. Thank you, Malaysia.
2018 ~ PHARMACEUTICAL REGISTRATION AND BUILDING A DISTRIBUTION NETWORK
Our ACQUE® healthcare products are marketed under Pharmaceutical grade, where we have complied with the pharmaceutical requirements from the Malaysian Ministry of Health. We build our link of distributor local and International to make sure our products are distributed to all pharmacy and healthcare organization.
By this time I decided to venture into natural products. To accommodate this, Gemercik Cahaya Medical Devices Sdn Bhd was renamed as GCHB Bio Industries Sdn Bhd. The new company is to cater the medical healthcare products and Natural food products throughout the world.
Our new natural product, honey where we can do supply and packaging for raw honey to accommodate clients request. Various types of honey can be distributed upon clients request anyway local and international.
MY CSR
With my product specialist experience, I wanted to create more young entrepreneurs in Malaysia. I’ve conducted various training, consultation, product development knowledge and guidance for free. I notice that our young talents do not take things seriously merely because its free and this made me realize that there should be value for knowledge transfer, especially for this special trade.
I’m still want to train and develop young entrepreneurs, now I would be charging them some consultancies charges to make sure they are really serious to learn about product development. CHASE YOUR DREAM
I would like advice that you should never give up on your dreams, if you have set your dream and you know that you could achieve it, keep digging until you reach your goal, never ever give. God will test you in many ways, are you patient, are you thankful, are you prepared, are you know for your ability, have you got enough experience, this is the few questions and obstacle’s in life that you need to work on.
