I have had a discussion with Malaysian Indian Congress leaders to discuss the best ways to develop Indian entrepreneur in Malaysia.
My discussion was the focus on 3 principles:-
(1) Rooting plan for genuine development opportunities – Take the time to understand our economy and our community’s assets as the foundation of strategy. Learn what other similar communities are doing and adapt their ideas to our unique circumstances.
(2) Creating a plan you can execute effectively – Line up the time, talent and treasure that needed to adequately resource for our strategy at least the short to medium term.
(3) Cultivating broad-based community engagement and support – Practice real community engagement where you seek broad-based input and ownership for our strategy.
